LivingLens is delighted to announce the launch of mobile research solution CaptureMe.
CaptureMe combines a cloud-based application to manage tasks and participants, with a mobile app. It allows consumers to easily capture video and images when participating in Market Research projects. CaptureMe puts the researcher in control, with client users having the ability to set up mobile research projects in a matter of minutes.
The launch builds on the success of our previous mobile solution which launched back in 2015. The preceding app has already captured content from thousands of participants, in a variety of languages, from all around the world.
CaptureMe is ideal for qualitative projects, covering a broad range of methodologies where video can add value and generate insight. Including auto-ethnography, video diaries, innovation feedback and in the moment customer journeys. CaptureMe allows participants to take part using their own mobile device, including tablets and is available across both iOS and Android.
Content from CaptureMe feeds directly into the LivingLens platform allowing researchers to benefit from the full suite of analytics tools. Respondent and project information is appended to captured content to provide additional context to content and to facilitate effective analysis.
Carl Wong, LivingLens CEO said “Video is an amazing opportunity to get under the skin of what consumers are thinking and feeling, through a variety of methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative. We want to support our clients and their consumers by making it is as easy as possible for people to capture and submit their content. The launch of CaptureMe, is just one of the ways we are doing this.”
Carl continues, “We are focussed on providing our clients with high quality solutions that enable them to harness the power of video and remove the pain of working with this rich data source. Last year we launched our much-anticipated Analytics module which is transforming the ease and speed at which our clients are able to interrogate their multimedia content. CaptureMe is the first, in a really exciting line-up of launches we have planned for 2018 and we’re delighted with the response we’ve already received from early users.”
