Growth Leads To Expansion Of Sales And Marketing Division

London, UK, 10th July 2017. LivingLens is pleased to announce two new hires into the Sales & Marketing team, to support the enterprise video platform’s continued growth in its client base and capabilities. Sophie Goddard and Kat Hounsell both have extensive experience within the insights and customer experience industries, with a focus on using technology to enhance insight generation.

Sophie Goddard, Business Development Director

Sophie Goddard joins as Business Development Director. Goddard has over 10 years’ insight experience, with a focus on working with media buying agencies. Goddard most recently held the position of Client Development Director at SSI, with previous roles at Ipsos MORI and Research Now.

Goddard’s knowledge, experience and passion in supporting her clients to understand consumers using a variety of cutting-edge tools and technology, including video, will be invaluable in her new role. Goddard will be supporting global growth through both expanding existing relationships and working with new clients on helping them drive insights and business improvement through the use of video.

Kat Hounsell, Marketing Director

Hounsell has over 10 years’ experience within Insight and Customer Experience, having previously held the position of Research Director, before progressing to Marketing Director at Maru/edr. Hounsell’s background working with some of the world’s largest brands provides her with first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by researcher’s and brands alike. Having worked on a variety of projects including panels, trackers and CX she is ideally placed to demonstrate how video can add value across a broad range of use cases.

At LivingLens Hounsell will be responsible for Global Marketing activity including shaping the marketing strategy. Key elements of the role include forming marketing partnerships with key agencies and technology partners, to support our partners’ growth agendas.

Both report directly to Global Commercial Director, Andrew Mitchell and will operate from the company’s London office.
